Lapita Plantation is a working copra and cattle plantation set on 328 hectares of land amongst coconut palms and natural tropical forest. In order to promote the ecologically sustainable development, land and villa allotments will be offered strictly as limited stage releases. Each stage will be released in lots of 40; 20 water front and 20 water view and will be identified by landscaping designed to create individuality and ensure harmony with the local environment and architectural features.

The Plantation Bar and Grill will capture the atmosphere and natural beauty of Lapita Plantation's own beaches and tropical rainforests. It will be the perfect place to relax and enjoy one of our fabulous island cocktails as you watch the sun slowly setting, or meet up with friends and reminisce about your day spent in paradise. PlantationBar & Gill is been built for the residence of Lapita and is not part of the resort giving the residence there own private retreat. In 2011 we will add a resort style swimming pool and beer garden with outside BBQ area and bar to the Plantation Bar & Grill. Making it the ideal place to sit back and relax at your own pace.

Bellow the bar & grill is Ell's Island Trade Store where you will be able to browse through a wide range grocery items, resort wear, or buy holiday essentials from suntan crème to a bottle of Dom. Ell's Trade Store also provides day tips, boat carter for fish and snorkeling, picnics, Hobby Cat hire and all your needs while on Lapita. Raine & Horne Vanuatu has an office on Lapita to take care of holiday rentals and sales on Lapita and its surrounding Islands
